Pull, terminate, and test CAT6 data cables
Install and route cable pathways efficiently and safely
Use personal tools to complete assigned tasks
Work from ladders and in ceiling spaces
Perform work during standard and after-hours shifts as required
Minimum 1 year of verifiable cabling experience
Proven experience with CAT6 cabling systems
Must provide own tools
Physically able to climb ladders and work overhead
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
$25-$28/hour
Contract-based work with potential for ongoing projects
Lead and supervise a cabling crew on-site
Perform and oversee CAT6 cable installation and testing
Read and interpret blueprints and floorplans accurately
Ensure proper cable dressing, labeling, and management
Maintain quality control and safety standards
Coordinate workflow and report progress as required
Minimum 2 years of verifiable structured cabling experience
Strong knowledge of CAT6 installation and testing
Proven ability to read blueprints and floorplans
Experience managing and directing a crew
Excellent organizational and communication skills
BICSI Installer certification or comparable industry certification
$30-$34/hour
Contract-based work with potential for ongoing projects
Execute structured cabling projects from start to finish
Read and interpret blueprints and floorplans accurately
Perform cable installation, dressing, labeling, and testing
Maintain high standards for workmanship and safety
Work independently or with limited supervision on-site
Minimum 5 years of verifiable structured cabling experience
Proven ability to complete projects with minimal supervision
Strong blueprint and floorplan interpretation skills
Experience with cable management and testing
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Must be available for regional or national deployment
Projects may require 3+ consecutive weeks on-site
BICSI certification or comparable industry certification
Compensation will de discussed on a case by case basis.
Per diem and travel expenses will be accommodated for out of town projects.
Regions: NE, NW, SE, SW
Typical work hours: 5:00 PM β 1:00 AM
Must be comfortable working after hours and on ladders
Willingness to work assigned hours
Valid U.S. Driverβs License
Authorized to work in the United States
Own tools required
Ability to pass a background check
Verifiable experience required (role-dependent)
